Our Returns Policy
At Yeshuas.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop
with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return
items, so below is our returns policy.
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us
in its original condition, within 30 days, Yeshuas.com
will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Yeshuas.com will accept the return of all other items only
if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you
return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, Yeshuas.com
will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note:
Yeshuas.com will only accept returns of items that have been
opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item"
below for details of how to return defective items to us.
To return an item, please complete the enclosed note that comes
with your delivery or go online and download the returns form,
stating the reasons for your return. Then wrap the package securely
and send the return item to the address below. In the case of
a product being defective, please provide a full description
of the fault and return the defective item in its original box
(if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you
have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any
item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to
all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations
of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games
and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery
slip that accompanies your items, stating the reason for the
return as "Contract cancellation". Please wrap the relevant
item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that
we will receive it within seven working days of the date that
the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs
of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to
you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the
item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for
collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process,
you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us
for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing).
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order,
we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that
item.

So you want to send gifts to your friends and love ones at
home and abroad? Well shopping could never be so simple as to
shopping online with Yeshuas.com. With our new multi-address
delivery system, you can now fill up your Shopping Basket with
items for everyone on your shopping list and then visit the
checkout only once, even if you are sending parcels to more
than one address. And to make life easier for you our customers,
you can now have your goods delivered to whichever is easier
for your recipient i.e. be it at work or at home.
If you would like to send the items in your purchase to more
than one location, simply click on the "Send to Multiple
Addresses" button on the address page during the purchase
process. From there, we have made it easy for you to tell us
which items to send where, whether it's to an address you've
already used or to a new one.

Note: Yeshuas.com will insure all orders with
a value of £200 or more excluding carriage. We will pay
the insurance for you if you allow us to use an Express delivery
service. If you chose use an Economy service, then Yeshuas.com
will not be able to insure your order. If the parcel is subsequently
lost in your country's postal system, we regret in this case
that Yeshuas.com will not be able to provide you with compensation.
Local import duties are not included in these charges. These
are payable by the customer. If in doubt please check with your
local customs and excise department.

We are asking you to do this for the time being as we feel it
would be a lot cheaper for you to have your goods delivered
from the US than from Europe. We are still in the process of
configuring our system so that in the future you will be able
to have your deliveries done from the US at US postal rates
and not European rates. So please bear with us while we make
the changes.
