All of our hampers will come to you our customers directly from our suppliers. Yeshua’s and our suppliers are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.

We even sell non-alcoholic hampers for those of you who do not drink. At present all of our hampers have postage added separately, but it is our aim to incorporate postage & packing into your orders. So bare with us, while we make these new changes to the site

General
  • Yeshua’s and our suppliers are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
  • On order acceptance, we will send you a confirmatory e-mail.
  • We will not disclose your e-mail address to a third party.
  • You undertake that all details supplied by you are correct for the purpose of ordering and that the credit card you are using is your own.

Liability

  • We do our utmost to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. However we cannot guarantee this.
  • Yeshua’s and our suppliers do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and we reserve the right to change products, descriptions and prices from time to time. However, we will ensure speedy correction of any errors and or omissions after being notified of them.
  • Yeshua’s and our suppliers will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

Posting & Packaging:

If you purchase 10 or more gifts / hampers from our Porter & Woodman or Ardtaraig range to go to one address, we will deliver it to you free of charge. Delivery information applies to only Mainland UK address only – Non Mainland UK destinations will incur a surcharge. This includes Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Please phone for details. At the moment we are unable to deliver to Continental Addresses, this includes Eire and the Channel Islands.

The last day for us to receive orders for to guarantee Christmas delivery is Tuesday 1st December. – This is for standard and non-personalised gifts. “Specials” and over printed gifts must have confirmed orders by November 26th.

Within the United Kingdom, small orders will be sent either by 1st class post and larger orders by a next day delivery service dependent upon size and weight.

Delivery Schedule:
We normally dispatch your order within 3 days of receipt between Mondays and Thursdays and in the UK orders should be received within 48 hours of dispatch. Christmas gift orders are dispatched around the 12th to 14th of December to arrive in good time. Should you require a specific delivery date please let us know.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

3rd Party Suppliers: One of our suppliers Ardtaraig Fine Foods in some cases, works with other suppliers that ship your orders directly to you. Any supplier information is given to you in good faith and after considerable research but we cannot be held responsible for misleading or inaccurate product descriptions. We will however, do our utmost to ensure that all complaints are handled speedily and to your satisfaction.

Guarantee of Delivery

All goods despatched are controlled by a computerised tracking system and have to be signed for by the recipient. Damaged or lost goods will be replaced immediately, free of charge. However accurate information from you is vital. Please ensure that addresses and telephone numbers are clearly typed. Telephone numbers are extremely helpful and should be provided if when available. Our delivery system is based on postcodes. Please help us to help you by providing accurate and clearly written postcodes.

Yeshuas.com accepts payment by credit card and debit card. You can pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta or any debit card that features either the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Other Ways to Send Us Your Credit Card Details

There are also two ways in which you can purchase from us without having to enter your complete credit or debit card number on the Web. You can send us your details by fax or telephone.

Calling in or faxing your card number
We have a way for you to use your credit or debit card without ever having to enter the complete number on the Internet. When filling out the order form you can enter just the last five digits and the expiry date of your credit or debit card on the order form. This gives us a way to track your order but guarantees your security. Then you can phone or fax us to give us the rest of your credit or debit card number. You can do this even if you cannot use our secure server and your credit or debit card number will be totally protected.

If you live within the North American borders, we can save you money on your postal charges. Why should you pay to have your goods sent from the UK when you can receive them from within the US borders at a faction of cost?
