How do I order online?
Ordering with Yeshuas.com couldn?t be easier!
After finding the item you want, click "Order" to place it into your personal Shopping Cart.
If you would like to purchase more than one copy, type the number in the "Item Quantity" field and click "Update". If you would like to remove an item from your cart, type, "0" in the "Item Quantity" field and click "Delete".
Placing your Order in 9 easy steps
Sign into the Yeshuas.com site, at the login button, using a name and password, which you have just created as a security measure. This is just a security precaution we use to protect your order information from unauthorised access. If you have not yet registered a user name and password, you can create them at this time.
1. Enter the shipping address.
2. Select your product and press the order button
3. Click onto the "Checkout" bar
4. Select the address of where you want your product to go to
5. Click on the button that says "Next"
6. Next click on the "Complete Order" button
7. You will enter the Secure Server
8. Choose your shipping method and click on "Send Payment"
9. Review and submit your order.
You will then receive two emails. One from our Secure Server / Merchant bank and one from our Sales Department telling you what you have just purchased.
What are my payment options?
Yeshuas.com accepts payment by credit card and debit card. You can pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta or any debit card that features either the Visa or MasterCard logo.
All transactions will be done in £ Sterling. You can now find out how much your order is going to cost you by clicking onto our currency converter at www.xe.com
Can I place an order by phone, fax or mail?
Placing an order online is very easy, but you can also order any of the products you find online at Yeshuas.com by calling one of our friendly Customer Service Department at (020) 8932 2033. Fax orders can be sent to (020) 854 7398. Orders can also be sent us by mail along with your cheque or postal order in Sterling.
What if I have an out-of-stock or pre-order item in my order?
Items found to be out-of-stock during processing will be placed in "Backorder" status and shipped to you when available at no extra cost. If an item is placed in backorder status Yeshuas.com will keep you informed by email, until you are notified that we have shipped your order
Can I cancel all or part of my order after it has been submitted?
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video, games and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, stating the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please wrap the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we will receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
What are the return policies for online orders?
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, Yeshuas.com will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Yeshuas.com will accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, Yeshuas.com will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: Yeshuas.com will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see Delivery Policies for details of how to return defective items to us.
To return an item, please complete the enclosed note that comes with your delivery or go online and download the returns form, stating the reasons for your return. Then wrap the package securely and send the return item to the address below. In the case of a product being defective, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
For deliveries within the UK, please allow at least 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. For deliveries to Europe, please allow at least 28 working days for your delivery to arrive. For deliveries within the US, please allow at least 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. For deliveries to Canada, please allow at least 28 days for your delivery to arrive. The rest of the world, please allow at least 60 days for your delivery to arrive.
Can I send a gift directly from Yehsuas.com?
Yes you can send a gift from Yeshuas.com. When completing your online transaction simply put the gift recipient name and address in the "Shipping Address" section and your name and billing address in the "Billing Address" section.

What about items sent to undeliverable destinations?
Yeshuas.com will not be held responsible for any delivery charges incurred when the recipient is for any reason unable to accept items shipped. It is the responsibility of the guest initiating the order to ensure that the delivery address provided is a current, working address.

Why do I need to Register when I want to place an order?
By registering and signing up for our electronic newsletters, we will keep you informed of hot new releases, money saving offers and special features and events. Registering with Yeshuas.com will allow us to provide you with the information you desire. Also registering online makes life easier for you the customer every time you visit the site and place an order. It also means you don’t have to go through the laborious task or entering your details every time you make an order. You just simply enter your name and password and all your details will pop-up.

Questions about sales tax
Do you charge sales tax?
VAT stands for value-added tax, which is charged on most goods and services within the European Union.
For books, you are not charged VAT for books in the UK.
For customers within the EU, e-Books are currently not subject to VAT. Please note that Yeshuas.com is not presently able to sell e-Books to customers in certain countries.
For non-book items such as audio books, CDs, videos, DVDs, electronics, toys, software and PC & video games the rate is 17.5 per cent; for items containing both a book and an item such as a CD-ROM (mixed media), the VAT charged is dependent on the proportion of the total cost subject to VAT.
The VAT rate on delivery reflects the VAT rate of the items we are sending you.
For non-UK customers, Yeshuas.com is required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to most countries within the European Union. Amounts of VAT charged are in accordance with the local legislation in each country. Orders sent to addresses anywhere else in the world are not subject to VAT but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges. For customers with a delivery address within the EU, VAT charges for your order will be itemised on the last page of your order, your e-mail confirmation of the order and on the invoice dispatched with your order. Also EU VAT being paid on packaging and posting will vary from country to country.

How do I search for a product on Yeshuas.com?

I'm having trouble finding the product I want. Do you have any search tips?
When using the general Search enter one keyword, either from the artist/author's name or from an items title.
Here are some examples using general Search:
Enter the word "Jakes" and you will find a list of all the items under that authors named.
Title Search
You can search for items by using main words of the title. Although we have the full titles on most of our products, searches work best when you use words from the main title and not the subtitle. It's best if you leave out common words such as "and" or "the". We suggest starting with just two main words - this will set wider parameters for your searches. If you get listings that are too large, try three words.
Author Search
You can search by author by entering the author's last name.
Keyword Search
Searching by keyword is a way to search for products when you are unsure of the specific title or author. By entering a keyword, our search engine will try to match whatever you enter against the product description of that product. Keyword searches can be particularly helpful when combined with another search option. For instance, if you were searching for a gift by Bob Siemon, you could just search under "Siemon" in the search field. This return will list all the items done by Bob Siemon, whether they are Books, Bibles, Gifts, Software and Music.
Browsing Categories
We have categorised our products by department. We recommend using category to find the widest variety of items in any department such as Gifts or Bibles.
ISBN Search
You can search for titles by using the universal ISBN number if you have it. If you have trouble searching by ISBN, use the Title Search feature instead.
UPC Search
You can search for titles using the Universal Product Code. This is the sort of information that you will find on certain items such as CD’s and Bob Siemon Jewellery and Gifts.
How do I search for a product on Yeshuas.com?
Our general Search functions needs only one piece of information in order to search by:
Title, Author, or Artist; or
By Category (Apparel, Bibles, Books, Kids, Gifts, Music, Software, Cards, Church and DVD/VHS); or

Simply visit our Up Date Members Information section. You can update your password, address/phone number and email. It even gives you the opportunity to subscribe or unsubscribe all lists.
